Ida is a graduate of the 2000 class of West Coast Collage of Massage Therapy. In addition to her clinical practice Ida’s athletic nature has brought her a wealth of experiences including treating athletes in the 2000 summer Olympics in Sydney and the 2002 and 2010 Olympics in Salt Lake City and Vancouver, as well as various Ironman Triathlons, Marathons and trail running and cycling events. Regardless of your sport or activity of choice Ida makes it her goal to provide manual therapy and impart a feasible plan that will help you maintain your healthy and active lifestyle.
Ida’s relentless quest to continually improve her treatments is reflected in her ongoing education in anatomy and body movement. She finds that her ever-expanding knowledge gives her the best tools to understand and explain your condition, which in turn aids in getting you better faster! These days Ida can be found trail running in the beautiful Northshore Mountains, practicing yoga and daily gratitudes.
